    You could definitely build a good variety of solid squads so don't take this as the only viable squad you can do, just gonna list some possibilities that I personally like and you can customize from there.

    Well... I guess as a very vague general, mostly defensive squad you could probably use something like Lukroar(L) Shion Amus Cleria Honoka

    Lukroar - leader skill with 15% permanent mitigation and some damage, buffs spark damage, EWD, hits very hard

    Shion - tristats, elements, hits kinda hard, good UBB

    Amus - mitigation, healing, conversions

    Cleria - healing/hot, BC instafill (SP), BC on spark, immunity/cleanse

    Honoka - double/triple attacker for fatty damage, barrier, more healing, even more healing, is cute

    Now that's not a perfect team by any means - it goes pretty light on the crit side of things and doesn't have a BB Attack buffer as well as ignoring the power of a perfect mono that can benefit fully from "boosts ADR of earth units" and similar buffs - but I figured "can stay alive and use BBs" is a decent baseline lol. In general, most successful teams for SZ/quests/etc will cover as many of the buffs listed above as possible, in as few slots as possible, then if you have extra space or don't need some of those buffs you swap them out for someone who can just hit hard as fuck.

    For arena purposes it's much simpler, just use Amadream lead and 4 omnis of your choice with AOE/ATK focused spheres (Karzn's Excruciation, Wrath of Grandt, etc) and you can sweep most teams. More specifically you want units who ideally have Angel Idol (X% chance to survive one fatal blow) somewhere in their ES or as an SP option, +1 hit or +atk in their ES/SP somewhere, and ideally a mitigator too. Ilm used to be really popular for this, he can get super tanky, can mitigate, and has DoT to kill people. Azurai is kinda similar, hits hard, very hard to take down.
